Cancellation and Refund Policy

Seawind Solution Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Seawind Solution Pvt. Ltd. Sales Team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Holi, and Independence Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• Seawind Solution Pvt. Ltd. does not accept cancellation requests for website design, domain registration, multimedia presentation, payment gateway, mobile application, SSL certificate, content development, printing services, or payment gateway, etc.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team / Sales Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• For your existing account cancellation, all requests for cancelling any services must be made with at least 7 days before the next invoice is due.
• For domain related services cancellation, you will retain the ownership of your domain name for as long as you continue to renew the domain.You can renew the domain with Seawind Solution Pvt. Ltd. or may transfer your domain to another registrar before expiration.

• Any of our services are not covered by any money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the services, you have to report within 48 hours, and our Customer Service Team / Sales Team will look in to the affair and then will take an appropriate decision.
• To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
• Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
